If it's pulled out quick enough, put it on a lift, and hosed the concrete off with a pressure washer a.s.a.p. I would imagine so... If they procrastinated, chances are it could, but it would cost a bit of money...

I see photos of this happening, And I just end up wondering how the fuck this happens. It does make me laugh that it is usually a BMW or Mercedes.
